Introduction to the Framework

The new Fire Safety (FS2) framework is to combine the existing Passive (FS1-P) and Consultancy (FS1-C) frameworks and expand the scope to include active elements of fire safety i.e., fire panels, automatic opening ventilation (AOV), Emergency Lighting, Wet and Dry Risers, Sprinklers, fire equipment and domestic alarms, cladding assessment and remedial work and waking watch services with a view to keep client’s stock compliant.

Applications have now closed, and applicants are being assessed as per the evaluation criteria set out in the ITT. We expect to announce our appoint companies to the framework early Q1 2024.
